What if property development wasn’t as complex, risky, or out of reach as you’ve been led to believe?

In this practical and eye-opening session, veteran property developer Ritchie Clapson introduces the fundamentals of small-scale property development and shows how it differs from traditional investing. Designed specifically for those new to development, this talk breaks down the process in clear, straightforward terms, covering:

  • what small-scale property development projects actually look like
  • how they’re structured, and
  • why they can offer a faster, more scalable route to building wealth.

You’ll gain a realistic understanding of what’s involved, the common misconceptions that hold people back, and how ordinary individuals are getting started without needing extensive experience or large amounts of capital.

Whether you’re exploring your first steps or reassessing your current goals, this session will give you the clarity to decide whether development deserves a place in your property strategy.
