During that time, he has been involved in all types of property investment and development, from residential investments and commercial property to listed buildings, conversions and large residential schemes e.g. The Winerack on Ipswich Waterfront. He also runs in-person masterclasses to help individuals find opportunities, structure deals and manage risk in real-world projects. The author of 5 property books. John also provides consultancy services, working with investors and developers across the UK. John recently filmed the 9th series of Property Elevator (airing this Autumn on Amazon Prime). John is still actively investing and developing today, bringing current, hands-on experience to everything he speaks about.
