Rahul Laxman began his career at a HNI wealth management consultant in the City of London and briefly practiced Intellectual Property Law, thereafter solely managing a London-based portfolio of over 100 residential properties, developing hands-on expertise in property marketing, management, compliance & investment planning.
He currently serves as Managing Director at WeLive, holding a £15M+ Build to Rent portfolio focused on developing high quality Co-living housing in London. WeLive collaborate with major London Boroughs, the NHS & Registered Care Providers to deliver purpose built shared housing to the local community through strategic planning, efficient design and asset management.
David Mifsud is the owner of Ryecroft Homes - a residential property developer based in South London building eco-friendly homes that meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Xuan Meng founded Cosy Hauz under personal adversity, growing it into a £30 million-pipeline real estate enterprise with 60% annual growth amidst extraordinary market challenges. She leadsa team of 75 across the UK, China, and the Philippines, pioneering a socially impactful, female-inclusive company culture.
Her vision is to scale Cosy Hauz into a global platform with innovation, purpose, and inclusive leadership — inspiring other women to redefine what leadership looks like in male-dominated industries. Before her property development career, Xuan worked in the Investment Fund industry, working on multi-million-pound projects with BlackRock, Fidelity, Scottish Widows, AXA IM, Lloyds and Barclays.
