Many long term landlords are exiting the property market, and many new investors are waiting to see what happens, due to all the changes in legislation and taxation proposed by the Government.

What will the Chancellor, Rachel Reeves, do next to ensure that “the burden of tax liability is carried by those with the broadest shoulders”? In otherwards business owners and property investors.

Is this the end of property investing as we know it, or is this a potential huge opportunity for you?

In this brand new presentation we will address some of the key factors which will affect the property market including:

  • 1.5 Million new homes in 5 years
  • Increased Stramp Duty for second homes and investment properties
  • The Renters Rights bill
  • Abolition of Section 21 “No fault evictions”

We are delighted that the speaker for this important presentation is, Andy Haynes, lead trainer for property investors network (pin).

Get there early to secure your seat at this very topical presentation which will be full on the day.
