In addition to running HCH, James manages a small portfolio of holiday rentals in Yorkshire.

Prior to launching HCH, James spent ten years leading corporate communications for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 organising committee. He has worked across the media spectrum during his career and spent two seasons working as a video-journalist for Leeds United. James is also the Founder and Managing Director of Varley Media, a communications agency that works with clients across the globe.

For Alex Caravitis, the turning point of his career was in 2005 when he joined Realize S.A. as a partner and ran web and software projects for large banks, stock brokers, multinationals and large groups of companies. Alongside our B2B projects and clients they launched Viva.gr in 2006, offering innovative VoIP and 2-stage dialing services to the greek market, still holding no1 position 8 years later. The B2C arm grew rapidly making Viva.gr one of the largest online services websites in Greece, currently offering services in Telecoms, Travel, Ticketing, Insurance and other online services.
In 2017 Alex joined forces with Petros Ziogas and founded Syncbnb (now Hosthub), an internationally targeted vacation rental channel manager aiming for the top position in this - emerging - market, globally.

Stefan Hoffelner is the co-founder and CEO of Your AirHost, a short term rental management company in London that he launched in 2018. His background in property and hospitality inspired me to start this venture, where the focus is on helping property owners optimise their rental income. They offer comprehensive services, from marketing to ensuring memorable guest experiences. Since starting Your AirHost Stefan has been dedicated to growing their portfolio and setting high standards in the short-term rental market. He's passionate about innovation and delivering excellent service, which continues to drive their success in this competitive industry.

Katie Williams joined Sykes Holiday Cottages in 2021, following a 3 year spell as Event Manager at CIPFA.
