Prior to launching HCH, James spent ten years leading corporate communications for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 organising committee. He has worked across the media spectrum during his career and spent two seasons working as a video-journalist for Leeds United. James is also the Founder and Managing Director of Varley Media, a communications agency that works with clients across the globe.

Stefan Hoffelner is the co-founder and CEO of Your AirHost, a short term rental management company in London that he launched in 2018. His background in property and hospitality inspired me to start this venture, where the focus is on helping property owners optimise their rental income. They offer comprehensive services, from marketing to ensuring memorable guest experiences. Since starting Your AirHost Stefan has been dedicated to growing their portfolio and setting high standards in the short-term rental market. He's passionate about innovation and delivering excellent service, which continues to drive their success in this competitive industry.
