Traditional investors have thought that they need to be either a developer (who sells property) or a landlord (who retains and rents out property).

However, many savvy investors have realized that they can be both a developer AND a landlord. This offers many benefits such as the ability to add value to property, recycle deposits and so acquire more property to quickly build a portfolio.

In this joint presentation, Ritchie Clapson, co-founder of propertyCEO and Simon Zutshi, founder of the property investors network (pin) share their thoughts on the rise of the landlord developer and the biggest opportunities that exist in the 2024/25 property market.
