George C. Pantelemides - a Greek-born UK resident - boasts a broad commercial background with more than two decades working with clients in both in the UK and the EU.

George has worked in many industries. He specialised early-on in hotel management with Hilton before moving into hospitality, high-fashion and commercial real estate, eventually gravitating to merchant banking, working in Poland and Greece on privatising previously state-owned industries.

In the mid-90s he established a cutting-edge telecommunications engineering company in Athens, Greece,  installing  networking VPN systems and finally, satellite infrastructure for military use (Greek NATO Armed Forces), as well as for civilian use, providing satellite Internet & telephony access to the Middle East, North Africa and Asia. 

Since 2019, Covid-19 intervening, he advised Swiss and Middle Eastern real estate investors in hospitality-connected property acquisitions, mostly in Athens. His present endeavours include Thalatta-Thalatta (UK), offering through its Thalatta.Homes division, HITS (Homes In The Sun) to Britains and other Europeans, integrating Greek Golden Visa, Greek pensions-migration and Non-Dom tax-management schemes, planning to expand this to the German-speaking market towards the 3rdQ 2024.

In parallel, a second division Thalatta.VIP provides LCET (Luxury Curated Experience Touring) services, offering holiday packages combining LCET catamaran yachting in the Grek seas, with a few culture-pact days in Athens.
