Malaysia is one of the most foreign-friendly countries in Southeast Asia for real estate investors. Here, anyone can have access to almost any kind of property types -  including buying land.

Sounds good, but what should investors be looking for particularly in terms of location and property type?

Equally importantly – what might you be best to avoid.

In this session Malaysian property expert Stephen Yeap will address these issues and answer your questions.

By way of example he will also highlight the respective merits of 2 developments from Tropicana Corporation Bhd in Malaysia’s no 1 Highland & Island destination.

Within Genting Highlands and Langkawi, two of the nation’s most iconic and visited tourist destinations, Tropicana has an array of prime landbanks open for interested investors.

Tropicana WindCity – Situated 3,000 ft above sea level, it is poised to become Genting Highland’s newest mid hill destination to nest or invest, splurged by an interesting mix of residential , commercial, entertainment and recreational offerings.

Tropicana Cenang - Freehold beachfront properties that enjoy direct access to Pantai Cenang, Langkawi, Malaysia. This mixed integrated development offers fully furnished seaview units with resort themed facilities and 5-star international brand hotel.

If you are considering Southeast Asia as an investment destination be sure to attend this session.
