Ben is the Chief Executive of the NRLA,  the association created by the merger of the NLA and RLA. A landlord for 15 years, Ben has had a lengthy career in housing, holding senior roles at Touchstone, part of the Places for People Housing group, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and TDS Northern Ireland.

He is responsible for fusing the two organisations together and delivering great services to our customers, growing the business to ensure we have an even greater voice to influence housing policy, for the benefit of our members.

Vanessa Warwick is co-founder of landlord forum & community, Property Tribes, as well as being a landlord since 1992 and a portfolio landlord since 2004.  Vanessa is in regular demand for her commentary and insights, and has contributed commentary to mainstream media such as The Sunday Times, the Telegraph, the Guardian, and Estates Gazette.  

She also co-hosts the “Landlord Lens” webinar with NRLA CEO, Ben Beadle, where they discuss trending topics for landlords.

Being a community manager, Vanessa has her finger on the pulse of what is causing landlords pain, and the topics that are engaging them and she writes many articles to educate landlords on best practice, risk mitigation, and how newbies can get started in BTL safely.
