Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents was launched in January 2004 from a small serviced office in Mill Hill. Managing Director, Steven Wayne launched the business aged just 22 years old, having had only 3 years previous experience in the property industry.

Since then, Steven has grown and developed the business which now operates with large and successful Sales (Residential and Commercial), Lettings and Property Management departments spread over two branches, a well-established Block Management practice, in-house mortgage brokers and an in-house auctions department.
