The Advanced Rent Option (ARO) is a service provided to landlords in England and Wales that offers Quality Property Management along with guaranteed full market rent paid a year in advance at no extra cost.

The ARO was launched in 2018 by Simon Shinerock, the founder of Choices Estate Agents. The ARO is based on the proprietary Primary TenancyTM, an approach developed by Shinerock in 2008 that allows ARO to become the primary tenant, pay landlords a year's rent in advance and then collect the rent back monthly from the tenant in the property.
