Danube Properties, part of the Danube Group, made its foray in the real estate market in June 2014, by launching the Dhs 500 million 171 townhouses ar Al Furjan. Since then, it continued to expand its development portfolioby launching Glitz I, Glitz II, Glitz III, Starz, Gmalz, Miraclz Resorts, Bayz, Jewelz, Lawnz and ELZ projects.

The company currently has a development portfolio of 3,680 units, with the combined value exceeding Dhs 3.14 billion. It delivered about 830 units in 2017-2018, with a combined sales value of Dhs 1 billion or a third of its portfolio value.
